Cancelling a deploy activity

This procedure describes how to cancel a transfer, upgrade, or downgrade deployment activity. The cancel operation does not happen immediately upon execution. The current phase of the activity is completed, but the next phase is canceled.

EXAMPLE: The downgrade process has two phases: preparation and downgrade. If you click Cancel during the preparation phase, the preparation completes but the downgrade phase is canceled. If you click Cancel during the downgrade phase, the downgrade completes.

To cancel a deploy activity:

1. From the Deployment window, select a transfer, upgrade, or downgrade activity that you want to cancel.
2. Click Cancel.

   The next phase of the activity is canceled.
