Creating an MVS file template

This procedure describes how to create an MVS file template in the Control-M Configuration Manager that is used to determine how to handle MVS file transfers.

To create an MVS file template:

1. From the Control-M Configuration Manager, select Control-M Managed File Transfer, right-click and select MVS File Template management.

   The Control-M for MFT MVS File Templates Management window appears.

2. Click the icon.

   The MVS File Template Details dialog box appears.

3. For each field type the required value, as described in MVS template parameters.
4. Click OK.

   The MVS file template is added to the Control-M for MFT MVS File Templates Management window.
