    The registry editor window opens.

  2. Navigate to

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor]

  3. Click Edit > New > String Value
  4. In the Name field, type AutoRun.
  5. Right-click on AutoRun and select Modify.

    The Edit String dialog appears.
