Folders and Calendars utilities

The folders and calendars utilities are used for Folder, SMART folder, and Calendar definitions. You can use the Folder Manager, Job Properties, and Folder Properties in Control‑M client for the same tasks. However, if you perform these tasks by including a utility command in the command line of a job processing definition, you can run the utility at a predetermined time or under a predetermined set of conditions without being present.

Some of the parameter names changed for Control-M version 8.0.00 and above. Terminology from previous versions is still supported.

cli utility	Enables you to perform the following operations: Orders and forces jobs and folders Uploads and downloads calendars and folders Deletes jobs from folders Activates a Workload Policy definition
Control-M/Server
ctmcalc_date	Calculate the date a job can be ordered, after adding or deducting a specified number of days.
ctmdeffolder	Create a definition for a new SMART Folder.
ctmdefsubfolder	Create a definition for a new Sub Folder.
ctmrpln	Creates a report that lists jobs in a folder and when they are scheduled to run.
