Removing old alerts

This procedure describes how to remove old alerts manually.

To remove old alerts:

1. From the CCM, in the Tools menu, select Alerts > Remove Old Alerts.

   The Remove Old Alerts window appears.

2. From the Date drop-down list, select the date to delete all alerts posted on or before the specified date, and then click OK.

   The GUI Server must be refreshed for the alerts to be removed.
