Analyzing a service log
This procedure describes how to analyze a service log.
To analyze a service log:
- From Monitoring domain select Service Monitor.
The Service Monitor appears.
- Select a service.
The service analysis information appears on the right pane.
- To find the service log, select the Service Log tab.
The log entries appear, as described in Service Log parameters.
- To view problematic jobs related to the service, do the following:
- Select a row, and click .
The Problematic Jobs window appears.
- Click the Problematic Jobs tab. For more information on problematic jobs, see Problematic Jobs parameters.
- To view the Remedy tickets related to the service, do the following:
- Select a row, and click .
The Problematic Jobs window appears.
- Click the Tickets tab.
