Configuring the RSA Authentication Agent

This procedure describes how to configure the RSA Authentication Agent. This procedure must be done by the RSA Administrator.

To configure the RSA Authentication Agent:

  1. Log in in to RSA Authentication Manager security console, and do the following:
    1. Register the Control-M/EM server as an RSA Authentication Agent.

You do not need to generate a node secret. If one exists, you need to clear it.

    2. Download the RSA authentication agent client configuration file and extract sdconf.rec.
    3. Copy the sdconf.rec file to $HOME/ctm_em/plugins
  2. If you want to place the configuration files (sdconf.rec) in a different location, do the following:
    1. Navigate to the following directory:

      $HOME/ctm_em/plugins/

    2. Copy the example property file RSAAuthenticationAgent.prop.example to RSAAuthenticationAgent.prop.
    3. Set configFileLocation to the path where you placed sdconf.rec.
