Viewing the history of services

This procedure describes how to view the history of services, which enables you to see the status and service details of specific services from a previous date.

To view the history of services:

1. Click .

   The Service History View appears.

2. In the Date field, click and select the date that you want to view.

   The services that match your criteria appear.
