Adding input parameters to a script

This procedure describes how to add script parameters to jobs, which run scripts (OS only).

To add a script parameter:

1. From the General tab of your job Properties pane, in the What section, select Embedded Script or Script .
2. Enter the values for script as follows:
   • For Embedded Script: Script and File Name
   • For Script: File Path and File Name
3. In the Variables field, click and type the variable in the table.

   The variable is added to the Properties pane.
