Failed to register in the CORBA services.
Explanation: The GUI server fails to initialize. The configuration file referenced in the -ORBSvcConf parameter was not found. For more information, see the example in Storing certificates for TAO.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the file that is being pointed to exists in the specified location.
