Deleting a control resource

This procedure describes how to delete a control resource in the Control Resources management tool. After the resource is deleted, all jobs that require the resource cannot run.

To delete a control resource:

1. From the Tools domain, in the Production Control area, select Control Resources.

   The Control Resources management tool appears.

2. From the Control Resources menu, select Delete Resource.

   A confirmation message appears.

3. Click Yes.

   The Control Resource is deleted from the Active Control Resource list.
