Running the bim_report utility

This procedure describes how to run the bim report utility, which enables you to generates reports for services that have completed execution.

To run the utility:

1. Do one of the following:
   • UNIX: Log on to a Control-M/EM database account.
   • Windows: Open a command prompt window where Control-M/EM is installed.

   NOTE: For Windows client installations, open a command prompt window and navigate to the <EM Instance Name>\bin directory.

2. Type the following command:

   bim_report -U <username>

   -P <password>

   [-O <output file name>]

   [-N <service name>]

   [-F <from date>]

   [-T <to date>]
