A Regular Calendar is helpful when you have similar scheduling criteria for a number of Jobs and Folders. Instead of manually creating the scheduling definitions over and over for several Jobs, you can create a Regular Calendar.
A Regular Calendar enables you to schedule Jobs or Folders based on the days of the month or days of the week. It can be used to schedule Jobs on all week days of the year, specific week days of the year, or weekends. The dates are defined for each year. You have to create separate calendars for every year. You can use the Copy Year option to copy the calendar definitions, and save it as a new calendar for a different year.
