After you have created your calendar, it is important to synchronize the calendar definitions with the Control-M/Server. As you can create several calendars, synchronization enables you to check for errors.
After you create your calendar, you can Publish it to make it available for use when defining a Job. The publishing automatically synchronizes the calendar with the Control-M/Server.
If the Control-M/Server synchronization is not configured to sync, then you can manually synchronize the calendar by selecting the Push Calendar option. You can also push a calendar if there are synchronization errors, and you would like to continue with making the calendar available for use.
The Pull Calendar option enables you to download the latest copy of the calendar that exists in the Control-M/Server.
It is recommended to Publish the calendar and automatically synchronize it to the Control-M/Server.
