Service Summary tab

The following table describes the basic parameters for the selected service.

Parameter

Description

Status

Shows one of the following possible statuses:

  • Executing
  • Wait Condition
  • Wait Resource
  • Wait User
  • Unknown
  • Ended OK
  • Failure

Start

Shows the timestamp when the service started to run.

End

Shows the timestamp when the service stopped running.

Progress

Shows the execution progress of the Jobs in the selected service

Deadline

Shows the time when a Batch Impact Manager service must complete to not be considered late (SLA Management services only).

Slack Time

Defines the amount of time that a Job within SLA Management service be delayed without causing another Job to be delayed or impacting the completion time of the SLA Management service

Avg Completion Time

Defines the average completion time for a Job in the service.

By

Shows the name of the person who ordered the service.

ID

Shows the Order ID number.

Date

Shows the Order date and the time the service was ordered

Priority

Shows the priority level of the service (SLA Management Services only).
