Loading and unloading folders/jobs in a Workspace

This procedure describes how to load and unload folders and jobs in a Workspace, which enables you to add or remove job definitions in an existing job flow.

To load/unload:

  1. In the Workspace, from the ribbon, select Load.

    The Load Folders and Jobs window appears.

  2. Select the Folders and Jobs you want to load into the Workspace.

    You can use filter criteria, as described in Loading and modifying existing Folders/Jobs

  3. If you want to remove Folders and Jobs, select the ones you want ot remove in the job flow, and click Unload.

    The selected Folders and Jobs are removed from the Workspace.
