Parameter DSN of the DD Statement

When a DD statement references a CDAM dataset, the value of the DSN parameter is not used as the CDAM dataset name. A new dataset name is created by CDAM. This parameter can be used for passing information to the CDAM. For more information see Special Use of Parameter DSN=ODATE.D Option.
