Field

Description

USER

Name of the report recipient.

CREATED

Date and time the packet was created by the printing mission. Date format is mmddyy, ddmmyy, or yymmdd, depending on the site standard. Time format is hhmm.

SIZE

Size of the packet (in bytes).

STATUS

Transfer status of the packet (see below).

RETENTION PERIOD (DAYS)

Retention period on both the mainframe and PC. Parameters include:

  • MF – Number of days to keep the packet ready for transmission on the mainframe. Valid range: 000 – 999.
  • PC – Number of days to keep the user report on the PC. Valid range: 000 – 999.

TRANSFER PERIOD (HHMM) FROM hhmm UNTIL hhmm

Time interval during which transfer of reports from mainframe to PC is allowed.

LAST TRANSFER START

Date and time that the last file transfer began.

LAST TRANSFER END

Date and time that the last file transfer ended.

NUMBER OF RETRIES

Number of times file transfer was attempted.

CDAM FILE

Mainframe CDAM file of the packet.

EXTENTS

Number of CDAM file extents.

INDEX FILE

Index of the CDAM file names.

PC PATH

PC path to which reports are downloaded (drive:\directory).

IMMEDIATE PRINT CLASS

Name of the output class to which the packet should be printed.

COPIES

Number of copies to print. This number cannot be greater than the maximum defined for the report (in the report decollating mission parameters).
