Online Viewing

The User Reports Entry Panel enables end users (that is, report recipients) and operations personnel to access Control-V report information. Users can retrieve a list of user reports based on the following selection criteria:

• Report name
• User
• Date From and To
• Jobname
• Report status
• Show Migrated
• Index
• Value
• Display Type
• Bypass Panel

Many operations can be made on the list. The most significant of these operations is the online viewing function that enables the user to select report pages by hierarchical index values and view these pages online. Hard copy can always be requested by the online viewer at any time.
