Reports in conventional and compressed formats are automatically indexed by decollating missions that assign report pages or sections to appropriate users and other recipients. The reports and generated indexes can be viewed online before and after optional transfer to various storage media by migration missions. The indexes are utilized to quickly select and retrieve relevant report pages and sections.
