General Information

The CONVDATE function returns a date in the specified output format. It is not necessary for the input and output formats to contain the same elements. For example, the output format may consist of month and year even though the input contains year, month, and day. Conversely, if the output format consists of day, month and year, but the input contains only day and month, the year position in the output will contain YY.
