Rule Definition

Rule parameters under Control-M/Analyzer are stored in libraries (partitioned data sets). Each member of the library contains one rule and balancing criteria related to a specific topic. Although most sites designate a primary rule definition library, the number of permitted rule definition libraries is unlimited.

Note: The number of rules (members) in a library and the size of each rule are all calculated dynamically and are not dependent on parameter specification.
