Control-M JCL Verify only verifies JCL in partitioned datasets (PDS or PDSE). The partitioned dataset must have a record length of 80, and a fixed record format (FB/F).
CTJXVER, the Control-M JCL Verify edit macro, can verify any sequential or member of partitioned PDS(PDSE) dataset. The dataset must have a record length of 80, and a fixed record format.
