Use the following procedure to generate a .CSV file containing Control-M performance statistics:
Run the job in CTMCSMF member in the Control-M JCL library. This job executes the IBM IFASMFDP utility to extract the Control-M performance statistics from the SMF database.
Run the job in the CTMRSMF member in the Control-M JCL library to convert the output from the CTMCSMF utility into a .CSV file.
