Trace Facility for IOAVERFY

If you encounter errors when running the IOAVERFY utility, you may be requested to run the utility with the TRACE optional parameter.

This parameter activates the trace facility of the IOAVERFY utility. If TRACE is specified, information about internal data areas is printed when the utility is run.

The TRACE parameter is specified in the EXEC statement of the utility in the following format:

where level is the trace level to be activated. Valid value: 121.
