When executing this utility, the DAIN DD statement must be included in the JCL stream and must specify the full name of the uncorrupted (valid, intact) IOA Access Method file.
Note: When using this utility, the activities of all the relevant applications are stopped. For more information, see the relevant product chapter on the recovery process.
The IOADCPY utility cannot be used for IOA Variable Database files.
