If you are running this conversion for test purposes, proceed to Step 9.2 – Allocate work file (SEQD) (optional). If this conversion is for production purposes, bring down the earlier version of Control‑M/Tape using the following operator command:

S CTTINIT,PARM=‘MODE=TERM’

Stop all tape processing.
