Step 9.4 – Start/stop the IMS interface

This step should be implemented only if the DFSAOE00 module has been used for the Control‑O interface to IMS, as determined in the preceding step.

IMS starts the Control‑O IMS AOI interface automatically during IMS environment initialization, if the DFSAOE00 module is present in the IMS RESLIB library.

The Control‑O IMS AOI interface is controlled by internal commands that are not recognized by the IMS system and are not suppressed by the Control‑O IMS AOI interface.

To stop the interface, type /DIS CTO STOP
To activate the interface, type /DIS CTO START
To terminate the interface, type /DIS CTO CANCEL
