Step 8.1 – Define CICS Transient Data Queues

Define the CICS Transient Data Queues to be intercepted.

Edit the macro and specify values for DEST in a list form.

Parameter	Description
DEST	List of transient data destinations that are handled by Control‑O. If all destinations should be intercepted, leave the parameter blank. Generic names are supported.
Note: The parameters are in Assembler Macro format, and are subject to Assembler Macro syntax rules (continuation marker in column 72, continuation line starts at column 16, and so on). The default value of CTOCPARM is DEST=C*. This default supports all the CICS system Transient Data queues.
