If the IOA Gateway (IOAGATE) is to be used for communication between Control‑O monitors, (for example, if VTAM connects systems at your site) perform all the minor steps in this step.
Note: IOAGATE is installed as described in Step 20 – Install IOAGATE (optional).
If only XCF Services will be used for communication between Control‑O monitors, review the instructions in Step 11.1 – Installation considerations, and perform Step 11.4 – Edit rule list.
