The PAGEDEF and FORMDEF parameters can be defined directly using Control‑D decollating parameters without using OUTPUT statements. However, the OUTPUT statements can also be used.

If only OUTPUT statements are used to specify PAGEDEF and FORMDEF parameters, skip this step.

Note: If more than three Control‑D Printers Control monitors are used, repeat the following steps.
