The IOA Online monitor is used to access the IOA Online facility from CICS, IMS/DC, VTAM monitor, IDMS/DC, COM‑PLETE, ROSCOE (Cross‑Memory), and TSO (Cross‑Memory). Therefore, issuing this operator command immediately terminates the sessions of all online monitor users and prevents new users from accessing the Online facility. TSO and ROSCOE users who are not using the Cross‑Memory facility are not affected by this operator command.
