The first table, IVP0, performs initialization tasks.

The IOA Global Variable database is controlled by the Control‑M CMEM monitor. Some IVP jobs require access to this database. IVP0 activates the CMEM startup procedure, in order to ensure that the Control‑M CMEM subsystem is running when required later in the IVP.
