The ROSLB library contains ROSCOE RPFs and panels.

1. Copy the ROSLB library to a work library and resolve the symbolic parameters with the IOAINSJ job in the IOA JCL library.
2. Copy the resolved members to the appropriate ROSCOE libraries.
