Start the functional monitor using the S IOAFMON operator command. This command must be issued for each monitor defined in the above steps.

Note: The IOA functional monitor can be started only after you complete the installation of Control-M/Tape.

To start the IOA functional monitor after each IPL, specify the S IOAFMON operator command in the COMMNDxx member in SYS1.PARMLIB.
