If you plan to implement the IOA National Language Support (NLS) for French, German, or Japanese, do the following:

1. In the ICE main window, select Customization.
2. Set the product ID to IOA and press Enter.
3. Select Major Step 19, Install National Language Support.

Note: BMC recommends that you install the NLS support immediately after completing the IOA Installation.
