If you choose to place the IOA LOAD, IOA LOADE, or CTRANS libraries in the LINKLIST, add their names to the LNKLSTxx member or the PROGxx member in SYS1.PARMLIB.

If you have a product that can dynamically add libraries to the Linklist, such as RESOLVE, you can add them to the list online and not wait for an IPL. However, the library remains in the LINKLIST only until the next IPL.
