the cloned environment is at a lower maintenance level than the base environment
there is sufficient space allocated for the maintainable data sets
new products or NLS installed on the BASE environment are not deployed to the cloned IOA

Note:
Shutting down all INCONTROL products in the target environment is highly recommended.
After change deployment ends successfully and you are satisfied with the stability of the upgraded system, consider setting the Compatibility mode of INCONTROL products to the new level so that the new features will be enabled
