Facilitating a workflow process

You can facilitate the report approval workflow process by adding reports to the approval process from the Control-D/WebAccess Server. Adding reports for approval allows you to move the report from one Approval name to another that is required to review and approve the report. This is done throughout the workflow until the report has reached the final approval stage.

To facilitate the workflow process

1. Define the Approval name as described in Preventing reports from being published before approval.
2. Add a report for approval by the next Approval name using the Control-D/WebAccess Server. For more information, see the section on Adding a report for approval in the Control-D/WebAccess Server User Guide.
