JCL libraries, which the Control-M Monitor requires for job submission, may be migrated.
When the Control-M Monitor detects such a situation, it attempts to recall the libraries asynchronously, and temporarily bypasses processing the job. The monitor later retries to process the job again governed by the parameters INUSE#RT and INUSE#WI, where INUSE#RT is the number of retries which are attempted and INUSE#WI is the interval between retries.
