Control‑M enables the user to modify the Control‑M scheduling algorithm using Control‑M User Exit CTMX004. The user can assign weight (importance) to quantitative resources, such as tapes, CPU, and so on. This exit is loaded when the Control‑M monitor is started. To replace the current exit with a new one, with a new set of weights, use the following operator command:
