IOACLVLG – The job collects the level information of modules presented in an IOA load data set. It calls the IOACLVLG procedure to collect the level information of the compared load data set. The IOAGLVL, SORT, and ICETOOL programs are called by the procedure to generate the report. The output includes the module name, CSECT name, version number, APAR, IOA QNAME, and INSTID. The control variables in the job must be customized by the user. See the section about activating the utility in the description of the IOACLVL utility in the INCONTROL for z/OS Utilities Guide for a detailed description of the control variables, and the IOACLVLG job example for a sample a customized job. The job is located in the IOA SAMPLE library.
IOACLVLC – The job compares the level information of modules presented in two different IOA load data sets. It calls the IOACLVLC procedure to compare the module-level information generated by the IOACLVLG job on two compared systems. The SORT and ICETOOL programs are called by the procedure to generate the report. The output includes the module name, CSECT name, version number, APAR, IOA QNAME, and INSTID. The control variables part of the job must be customized by the user. See the section about activating the utility in the description of the IOACLVL utility in the INCONTROL for z/OS Utilities Guide for a detailed description of the control variables, and the IOACLVLC job example for a sample a customized job. The job is located in the IOA SAMPLE library.
IOAGLVL – The program generates the level information for all modules in the STEPLIB data set and fills the temporary data set allocated to the DAPRMDF DD name with the parameters for the SORT utility that will be invoked during the following step. The program is called by the IOACLVLG procedure. The output includes the module name, CSECT name, version number, APAR, IOA QANAME, and SETID. The load module of the program is located in the IOA load data set.
IOACLVLT – The member contains the control statement for the ICETOOL utility that is invoked by the IOACLVLG procedure, to remove duplicate entries from the output of the IOAGLVL program. The member is located in the IOA PROCLIB data set, and must not be changed by the user.
IOACLVLS – The member contains the control statement for the SORT utility that is invoked by the IOACLVLC procedure, to sort and merge the level information of two compared load data sets. The member is located in the IOA PROCLIB data set, and must not be changed by the user.
IOACLVLI – The member contains the control statement for the ICETOOL utility that is invoked by the IOACLVLC procedure, to extract the unique entries from the resulting output. The member located in the IOA PROCLIB data set, and must not be changed by the user.
