Client programs that do not specify attributes NOSCREEN, TSOCP, EXECPGM or SUBMENU, return a set of lines to the Automation Options facility. These lines are displayed according to the parameters specified in the format member referenced by the FORMAT statement in the menu definition member.
Client programs that specify attribute SUBMENU return a list of menu option lines to the Automation Options facility. These menu option lines are displayed according to the parameters specified in the OPTION member named by the SUBMENU keyword in the FORMAT member. You can specify line commands for each line of the submenu.
