Replacing the Active Control-O Executor Modules

When the active Control‑O monitor is replaced, most Control‑O modules are automatically reloaded. If maintenance is supplied for Control‑O executors modules or the messages they use, a reload command can be use to replace the modules without stopping Control‑O.

The following modules can be refreshed:

• CTOWTO, the Control‑O executor module
• CTOAIDT, the CMEM executor module
• CTOJFRQ, the Control‑O IEFJFRQ exit for JES2 command suppression and ON SYSOUT functionality
• messages used by these modules

Examples

To replace module CTOWTO, issue operator command

F CONTROLO,RELOAD=CTOWTO

To replace the messages used by CTOWTO, issue operator command

F CONTROLO,RELOAD=MESSAGES
