Using a User Application Program

Any number of requests can be made using a user application program.

In this guide, CLnn means a character field nn characters in length, padded with blanks to the right.

When the request is made, the following array of addresses is passed:

In the case of each of the services to which these strings refer, that is, COND, MAIL, and LOG, additional addresses are passed. These additional addresses vary according to the service requested, as explained in the following sections.
