Service Types Syntax

A service call is made using the following syntax:

where

• service_type is one of the supported services
• service_parms are parameters sent along with the service_type

To write a comment in a call string, place an * (asterisk) before the first character. Use this technique if, for example, you want a call string to be omitted from one run of a job.
