The IOA Primary Option menu displays INCONTROL product options and facilities available to the user.
The IOA Primary Option menu is dynamically generated according to the products and options available to the user. The INCONTROL administrator can optionally customize the environment so that specific products and options are available only to certain users or user groups.
The IOA Primary Option menu is displayed in one of two formats, depending on the number of options available to the user.

Reducing or increasing the number of available options may change the format in which the IOA Primary Option menu is displayed.
