EAV Support

All Control-M databases and files can reside on Extended Address Volumes (EAV).

For the AJF, History, and Journal files, this is controlled by choosing the AJFTYPE and HSTTYPE parameters as Extended or Large in the ICE installation panels.

For the Statistics file, see the information in Table 92 in Expanding Control-M Files.

For the Control-R CDAM files, this is controlled by the EAVUSE#R installation parameter.

The IOA Conditions and LOG must not reside on Extended Address Volumes.
