A CSV report can be delivered to Control-D/Delivery Server using the PRINT option.
Separated CSV report pages can be delivered to Control-D/Delivery Server by printing by index.
The corresponding CTDS definition for immediate or deferred print should include the following parameters:
CONVERT TO ASCII Y
SEND WITH CC N
ORIGINAL_TYPE=CSV
