If the IOA LOAD library does not reside in the system Linklist, and you chose to add Control-M/Tape check to the IBM Health Checker by specifying HCHECKT=Y in Step 2.1, perform the following step:

Copy the CTTHCKER and CTTHCMST modules from the IOA LOAD library to a system LINKLIST library.
